Driver cannot log in. Credentials are not working for SHIPS Mobile. How can this Driver get logged in?
- SHIPS Mobile is using TMS information for logging into the SHIPS Mobile application
- If a Driver cannot log in, please review the TMS System and make sure the Driver is entered into the system with no termination date
- If this is a new Driver added into the TMS, please allow a few hours for the Driver account to be created
