Drivers are unable to see their loads on the picklist

  • SHIPS Mobile is displaying available loads to a Driver based on loads assigned within the TMS
  • If a Driver is not seeing a load, please review the configuration setup for available loads per the Requirements Definition
  • Typically, SHIPS Mobile is looking for an event status (ex: DSP, CMP) as a trigger for a specific load to be assigned to the Driver
  • Drivers can always manually enter in an Order number if they are unable to see certain orders within the pick list
